Many of the projects designed by Architects' Studio are built by Architectural Contracting Service, LLC, which is a separate but sister company to Architects' Studio. Building, as well as designing, our projects allows us to follow through on the details and design intent in order to produce the best project at the most economical price.

- Larch Ave. Prairie homes — 8 unit custom designed Prairie Home development along the western edge of downtown Elmhurst City Centre *
- Addison Ave. Rowhomes — 4 unit custom designed Rowhome development along the western edge of downtown Elmhurst City Centre *
- Addison Ave. Prairie Homes — 6 unit custom designed Prairie Home development along the western edge of downtown Elmhurst City Centre *
- 275 N. York — 26,000 SF Retail / Professional Office building in downtown Elmhurst City Centre, designed, developed and leased property
- TricorBraun — Built corporate interior for international
- Illinois Spinal Care — Designed and built medical interior for a chiropractic firm.
- Architects Studio — Designed and built office interior for our own corporate offices.
- Novacare Rehabilitation — Designed and built the medical interior for a regional physical therapy practice.
